Our Blue Light Charity presents our 2nd South of England Wellbeing Day.

OBL, supports emergency and essential service personnel and their families' mental health and wellbeing through a number of projects: wellbeing days like this, wellbeing activities which promote being physically active, such as dance your blues away, and the 3 peaks challenges. We also work with charitable partners to provide specialist input, for example dogs unleashed. Additionally we work towards de-stigmatisation of mental health problems in emergency and essential service arenas. One the key ways we do this is through our blue light torch relay.
